This was a great experience - in terms of the platform. Easy to use and very thorough in the process and communication. This was a complicated sale as the seller was in Australia and buyer in the US / east coast. The seller was super communicative and helpful. We ultimately decided to have her mail it through Australia’s post. It took about a month - which we anticipated but the tracking from her postal service to the US lost connection the last 3 weeks that made it a little difficult for us to know where it was. All in all, the dress arrived. It’s beautiful and just as it was described. I’m thrilled and very thankful.

The platform was quite good, it was pretty easy to navigate and filter by different categories. I would recommend that there was also a filter for either the dress label size or certain body measurements in addition to the Stillwhite size. It seemed that the Stillwhite size varied a lot between dresses judging by the measurements that the sellers provided.

Very easy to use and I like all the details and descriptions you can add. However, I found it extremely difficult to sell my dress. I used the paid features to boost the views, to have it be on the main page etc. I don’t believe that helped at all. I sold it for less than I wanted to but thankful someone finally reached out. It was listed on your site for over a year with zero interest.

The massive fees taken out by Paypal at the last minute after it's too late to choose an alternate option was very off putting. Only way to pay is using PayPal which is not secure. Dress arrived not as described (stitching bunched and falling off in places) and seller disagrees and will not accept a return. PayPal do not want to do anything due to deleting unsafe fraudulent account. Stuck with a dress that is not fit for purpose and out of pocked £750.

I absolutely love the platform. My wedding dress I initially order was delayed and my friend recommended I try still white for a second option. I came across some amazing dresses at affordable prices and I messaged the some sellers and they took very long to respond. However I got to another seller who had a similar item and she got it shipped to me in a timely manner since my wedding was just 7 days prior to me ordering another dress.
