I was so hesitant to buy a dress online but this experience has been great! I was surprised at how diverse the options were. I found so many beautiful dresses! I finally purchased one after chatting with the original owner. She was so great! She answered all of my questions, took extra pictures, etc. I really enjoyed the experience overall! :)

This site was easy to use! There were some limitations when it came to processing payment (PayPal being the only option given) but otherwise it was super easy to message, share photos, calculate costs and shipping, and set up the profile page. I'm happy with my experience both buying and selling here.

I like that I had different cost options to begin my selling process. I felt like the website was laid out very nicely, I could add all of the information I wanted to, and messaging/shipping is a seamless process. I deeply appreciated that I could keep the dress up as long as I needed, and that a cut of the profit wasn't taken away. It's hard enough to sell a dress you've loved, or thought was "the one" but turned out to not be, and Still White made the process easy.

I bought a dress on Etsy and absolutely loved it. Then I gained weight and it just didn’t fit me right. A gal smaller then me who lived close by came by and it’s bigger on her making it PERFECT to alter and bring in to herself! Sold! It worked well, mostly when I paid for premium promotion. I got more interest on here than any other platform the dress was advertised on (Facebook/eBay/recycle my wedding). It would be good to have a filter to show that this dress was brand new rather than a sample or pre-loved.

It was easy to post my listing with a one-time small listing fee, and without the platform taking a huge percentage (although PayPal does take a small percent as that was the only method available to accept payment). I had listed the gown on Poshmark for over a year with no luck; this time the gown sold within a few months. Easy experience, and my only change would be that it would be nice to have more methods available for accepting payment that do not take processing fees.
