The platform was very easy to search for dresses, contact sellers, and send an appropriate amount of email communications/notifications related to my search. I found the customer help pages to be very clear and helpful in describing how the buying process works and easily integrates into chat conversations. I also really appreciated the partnership with paypal to protect the purchase.

This is a very well thought out app. I've never had issues with it crashing, the only thing I would change is make the notifications pop up on the phone! I ended up buying my dress here from a certified dress seller, which made me much more confident in sending my money through the internet. I'd been to over 10 dress shops in person and still hadn't quite found what I was looking for, I didn't have a price limit but got my dress for only 500. I would 10/10 recommend this app for the picky bride, the bride on a budget, any bride really, it's great!

This is a great and safe platform for the selling of wedding dresses. I tried other platforms and received offers which were all scams. It took two years to sell the dress and I had to discount it heavily but am happy to have sold it. I would use StillWhite again.

Great experience buying a dress on the stillwhite app. I knew the style of dress I wanted as I had tried some on in a shop previously. This meant that I knew what I was looking for and was able to search out a gorgeous dress in the size needed. I was able to message the seller easily, and buy the dress with no problems. Paid by paypal to ensure the transaction was safe and I was covered. Overall a great experience!
