buyerI like the website - I only wish it were easier to search by dress measurements. It's a lot of time switching between the different European/UK/Aus/US sizes, and then adding it the extra challenge of bridal sizes. buyerGreat website and experience. Only suggestion is for size filter to be based purely on label size- not street size. I was looking for label size 8 but a lot of dresses came up in a search that were street size 8 but label size 6. It meant I had to search through size 8 and 10 and look in each listing to find what was the right sizeMore

buyerLoved the website and the ease of filters and being able to control the amount of notifications. Only issue would be that the PayPal was very difficult to organise-- I had lots of issues creating an account and linking cards/bank accounts to the PayPal account. Otherwise, I'm super happy!More

buyerI love the idea of buying a preowned wedding dress. I am able to get a designer dress at half the price! I’m so happy and excited I get to wear the dress of my dreams and I’m so appreciative to the seller. I’m gonna sell the dress again after getting it dry cleaned so hopefully I can make another bride as happy as I feel. I would like to mention one thing I wish could be added. I would have liked an area where the sellers can mark if they are willing to ship overseas. I was very interested in a dress and went to purchase it and she told me she doesn’t ship overseas after asking for my address. Rather disappointing. sellerThe service was quick and simple to use. The main problem I had was that lots of potential buyers wanted me to post but I only wanted collection in person. Perhaps having a very clear section that states collection only would be useful. I had it on my advert but it was largely ignored!
