The platform is great. Really easy to use and my purchase feels protected. My only feedback in terms of usage is that PayPal provided my shipping address and I hope you adjust the platform where I can put my address in myself. I hadn’t used my PayPal account in over 8 years so when PayPal automatically provided my address, we had to cancel the transaction and redo the purchase. Luckily we got everything straightened out, but please fix your platform so that the customer can manually put their address in. Anyway, I’m really excited to receive my dress. It’s an international shipment so we shall see how smooth everything goes from here on out.

The setup is very user friendly and intuitive, and the template for the listing is well thought out and thorough. The process of making the sale, collecting payment, entering tracking, etc., all worked very well. I didn't love having to give up another $25 to Paypal to sell it but in the end I'm happy since I still recouped some of the cost of my dress.

I liked this platform, but I did find the interactions between seller and consumer a bit confusing. When purchasing, I wish the conversation page had more information for the consumer on how to purchase. If the site had the address of both parties, they could give more accurate shipping quotes. In addition, I wasn't aware that PayPal took such a large chunk of the price after sale. As someone unfamiliar with PayPal, I wish that was more transparent so I could have baked that into the cost.

My top two dresses were both on StillWhite for $400-500 less! One was a sample sale dress from a boutique across the country, the other was unused/un-altered on my side of the country. The first would have been one size too big, but the second was my EXACT size! It was so easy - the seller sent me a video of the dress and told me why she was selling it. AND, instead of needing to wait until the summer to get the dress, it was here within the week! Im so happy I found this site. It felt too good to be true, but I did my research and noticed comments on Reddit as well as The Knott. This gave me the confidence to go for it. So happy!

The process was very easy. I loved that I paid to post and that was the only fees I incurred. I got updates ( not too many , which was perfect) and thought dress had been on a while not getting many looks ( anymore) once I moved it for a $15 promotion my gown sold! Super easy to list and way more economical than reselling to a consignment shop, which will take sometimes 50% of what the dress resells for! I wish there was an easier way to get an accurate estimate of shipping costs and information - had to go back and forth with my buyer to nail that down. Overall, very easy and I'd recommend buying or selling to any future or former brides.
