Sellers didn't want to complete the purchase through Stillwhite, it was impossible to figure out how to actually buy a dress or calculate shipping, and then when I tried to get the dress sent to a US address so that I could deal with getting it to the UK myself, it just took my billing address and so I had to go back into my messages to give the seller the ACTUAL shipping address. For something as important as a wedding dress, the purchasing experience was unnecessarily difficult and stressful, and if the dress I bought doesn't fit my needs, I won't be coming back to Stillwhite to find a replacement.

Wonderful website for bridal dresses! There are not many sites to sell a wedding dress, unless you are willing to split the sale with the site. I sold the dress in 5 weeks, and only paid a small fee to do so. I am thrilled that another bride will be using the dress. I would recommend this site to anyone who has a dress to sell.

I sold both my wedding dresses on the platform! While the initial fee is fine. I think every 8 or 12 weeks or so we should get to “boost” our dress for free again. Il the second dress took longer to sell and I paid for 2 additional “boosts” which cuts into profits.

The site was great but the fact that sellers can only use PayPal is a flaw. I don’t have PayPal and had to get an account and it was extremely inconvenient. And because dresses are considered a good, it takes 21 days for money to be released. With so many different payment options, seems silly to lock people into one choice.

We placed perhaps 2-dozen gowns on StillWhite, this is the first that sold. Additionally, there is built in confusion for the buyer and suggesting a level of caution that encumbers the sale. I have not looked at the buyers side, of the guidelines/suggestion how a buy responds to a seller but I never get the level of low offers from any other place, be it in our shop, on our website or other online platforms that compete with StillWhite. Our metric for a platform such as StillWhite is that 25% of the listings eventually sell.

It took a while for the dress to sell, but once it did, it was a quick and easy process. My buyer was friendly, appreciated I had a busy family life so wasn't always as quick to get things weighed etc at the post office, but so understanding and once we finalised a price, it was plain sailing from there. Really great experience, would recommend to anyone.

This site was by far the biggest selection and most popular site for used wedding dresses that I encountered. The buying process was smooth, the website was easy to use on both mobile and desktop, and I would definitely recommend this site to others. I actually started my wedding dress search with used dresses, and didn't have a great time until AFTER I found a dress I liked. My suggestions to brides would be to try on dresses first so you know your exact size in the exact dress you want, and then use StillWhite.
