I set up a PayPal account to receive funds from the sale of my dress on your platform. The buyer sent the money, and then my PayPal account was permanently deactivated. When I reached out to Stillwhite, you said it was out of your hands, even though this is the only payment partner you provide. I sold my dress three weeks ago and still don't have my money. I've already filed a complaint against PayPay with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Stillwhite is next.

I was super nervous about the dress not fitting but it ended up being absolutely perfect and I don’t need any alterations! The only thing that was keeping me from purchasing earlier was the fact that I couldn’t return it if it did not fit. Wonderful experience with the seller and with how fast international shipping was. I had a lot of people who requested about a lower price of which I gave in, but never heard from them again. I also had people want me to give them the exact postage. I would take it to the post office and tell them and then never hear back. The buyer was extremely easy to work with. So I'm going to say, it was just waiting for her to buy it.

After the big day I got it professionally cleaned and boxed again. I then resold it on Stillwhite again for the same price so someone else could enjoy the beautiful dress for their big day. Which was great as I was only down the cost of alterations and cleaning!

Like most women, I'd always heard that when someone goes dress shopping, she eventually finds that dress that absolutely takes her breath away. Being online, I didn't think that I would experience that feeling on Stillwhite, but I did. Unfortunately some sellers aren't the best at responding, and some simply don't want to sell, but it gave me great ground to find exactly what I was looking for. In the end I found a great seller who was offering near exactly what I wanted. Designer, hardly worn, half the price- I will be recommending Stillwhite to every bride-to-be.

everything was great! easy communication with the seller (who was lovely) and easy payment methods.. only negative note is that buying the dress from Italy having it shipped from Minnesota made me pay first 375$ for shipping, and then other additional 298€ (!!!!) in fees for the delivery.. which the courier didn't mention in advance and I was really surprised and upset of course!! anyway, love the dress, I am super super happy with the purchase :)
