buyerService was easy to use and easy to search for specific styles. The difficult part was figuring out how to pay. It took both of us some back and forth to figure out the Buy Now button and shipping information. You should include easier instructions for when a buyer is ready to purchase a dress.More

That said, it was the only way I managed to find a Temperley wedding dress at such a bargain price! Some people also assume we are all in the same country. It might be worth showing where the buyer and seller are from. I wasted some time on someone who wasn't prepared to ship to France in the end and I had my heart set on her dress. Overall, I liked the choice and I liked the presentation of the site and the search engine. It was nice to be able to search by size, type of dress, price range, designer, etc.More

buyerOnce I receive the dress I will have better feedback, but I think this site works awesome as long as both parties are willing to talk to one another. Personally I purchased a dress from someone WAY too far away to try on so I have no comments on that, but the buying online portion is good. I think one thing that would be helpful if placing a “calculate duties” section on the site. I ended up looking it up after worrying over and over about the fees I would receive but the trade agreement between Australia and USA seems to say that purchasing clothing (even a wedding dress) will result in $0 duties. That would be a great peace of mind to a lot of buyers!More

buyerIt took me a few hrs to sort out the payment through PayPal account. For some reason I coulnd't use my account for this purchase and had to use my partners account. Had to initiative a payment a number of times, received 2 refunds and a payment cancellation. Very uncomfortable when it comes to spending so much online.MorePolina

buyerThe site can be a bit overwhelming to search. It also seems that not every seller lists every possible aspect that they could (e.g. neckline, material...) so they get left out of searches and you end up needing to go through a really wide search. However - the daily updates are a useful way to search, once I'd done my initial massive & overwhelming search, this meant I could just spend a minute each day looking at the new ones coming through, and this is how I eventually found my dress :) Would recommend as it is encouraging dresses getting a second life so it's a much more ethical and sustainable option than buying a new dress.More

Knowing how much joy it brought me on my big day, I knew I wanted to pass on that feeling to another bride. I listed my dress on StillWhite and within 2 months it was sold! I met the bride (she lived in the same city as me!!) at a seamstress’s shop in town. She tried it on and fell in love. I almost cried, it for her so perfectly! (She even wore the same shoe size as me!) We quickly exchanged a dress and a hug. She even promised to send me pictures of her big day! ImThank you still white for this experience! Communication is done through a chat style platform (which is really nice because you know if the seller is active/reading your messages or not). I had such a wonderful and easy buying experience though alot of that credit goes to my seller. She was wonderful! So glad someone told me about Stillwhite! Will definitely recommend!MoreLarissa

sellerReally liked the security of using the Still White platform to sell the dress, but do not like that they monetise keeping your dress relevant in search listings. Your dress progressively gets seen by less and less people unless you pay to periodically boost your views. Other than this one caveat, it's an excellent service.More
