It was a really easy system to use. I feel good about getting the dress straight from the woman who wore it. I bought mine from someone who listed the measurements. I thought that was wonderful and I think it would be great if more people were encouraged to include measurements to ensure fit.

The whole experience was amazing and my seller was great in keeping in touch and keeping me informed. My only issue was actually purchasing the dress while logged into my PayPal account, it just wouldnt let me do it. So I ended up having to buy the dress as a guest. But I received a confirmation number. Just would have been easier if I could just log in and buy it. But the process was great and I will recommend Still White on to all my friends.

I found the service easy to use. You just have to have patience and the right person will come along to buy your gown. I did find the selling to be a little confusing, I wish that still white had an option to ship through them, It would be nice since there are so many other shipping services to choose from if stillwhite took the info from both users and calculated the shipping and added it to the final cost, that way I could get the box, slap their shipping label on it and send it to the buyer. But otherwise I would recommend this service to a friend.

I love the concept of Still White. Overall, it is a good service and I would recommend it. I'm giving the review 3 stars because I felt like the fees were not transparent. It costs a minimum of $20 to just list the dress. Then, surprise! Paypal charges another 3% for using their service. I lost out on almost 7% of my sale in just fees alone. This is not the same for other sites that people may use. So my advice is to be much more transparent with your users. I would have still listed my dress, but just felt like Still White actually valued me as a customer instead.

I think you should offer two fees to use the website... one for dresses under £300 and one for dresses over. 10% of the sale price to use the website seemed a bit steep. Otherwise it was good.
